Grassland Equipment & Irrigation: Commercial Equipment Territory Manager

 


Grassland Equipment & Irrigation, a full line Toro distributor and Ventrac dealer has an immediate opening for a Commercial Equipment Territory Manager.  We are seeking a self-motivated candidate that is computer proficient and has strong account management and relationship building skills.  This individual will be responsible for maintaining and forging new sales relationships with golf and non-golf accounts in the Hudson Valley New York area.  Experience with the operation and maintenance of turf equipment with knowledge of turf and/or sports field management is preferred.  Territory managers are required to live within their area of responsibility.

Educational Requirements:  None required.  Work experience preferred.

Experience Requirements:  2 year minimum of experience as an Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent of a golf course, or currently a Salesperson in the turf industry, or have at least 2 years of Sports fields and grounds turf management experience.

Special Requirements:  Must have a clean driving license, able to haul an equipment trailer and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
