Windham Mountain Club is seeking a
strategic, hands-on Golf Course Superintendent to lead all agronomic
operations.
This role is responsible for the
complete care, conditioning, and long-term performance of the golf course,
grounds, infrastructure, and equipment fleet. The Superintendent will continue
building systems, culture, and operational discipline that elevate Windham
Mountain Club’s golf experience for decades to come. The Superintendent will
work cross-functionally with resort leadership to support year-round
programming, signature events, and peak season execution.
